The DIU Student Service Center (SSC) is your central contact point for all administrative and organizational matters during your studies. From enrolment and certificates to payment questions and student ID cards, the SSC supports you throughout your academic journey.

Services Provided

• Enrolment and Certificates – Request current enrolment certificates or confirm your registration.
• Student ID Cards – Issued on site at your first classroom event.
• Payment and Billing – Support with tuition, advance payments, and account statements.
• Administrative Support – Guidance on visas, residence permits, and official registrations in Germany.
• Contact for Study Questions – General administrative questions, referral to Study Advisory if needed.
